From the SCIEX cloud landing page, click on your name in the top right corner to show the menu items. Select Connect Services to show the Data Storage options with OneOmics™ Project. To link to your account in BaseSpace, select Connect under the BaseSpace options, and this will bring up the normal login page for BaseSpace. Enter your email address and password.

How do you disconnect from the BaseSpace account and connect to a different one please?

There isn't an easy way to switch. However here is a workaround that is pretty straight forward.

Account A is linked to your SCIEX Cloud account. Have your collaborator share the desired folder from their BaseSpace Account B with your Account A. Then you should see that desired folder in SCIEX cloud processing apps.  But when you process, you will have to store your results back into a new folder in Account A as you can’t write into a shared folder. Then share that results folder back with your collaborator.

Hope this helps!

How can I transfer raw files uploaded on BaseSpace to my SCIEX Cloud Experiment Manager/Data Store?

There is currently no direct way to do this. You would have to download the data from BaseSpace and then re-upload the data into the DataStore in SCIEX Cloud.

Im also experiencing issues bringing files across. I have files from a student, who has shared the folder with me on Basespace. They contain Assembler and Extractor results. I have linked my accounts on Sciex and Basespace and I can see all of the files that are mine that I have created in BaseSpace. However, I cant see any shared folders from other users.
