    Hello, do you have a similar application note or reference on how to process iTRAQ8 data?

    I have completed a search on OneOmics via the iTRAQ workflow, but have only managed to view the iTRAQ quantification results one peptide at a time.

    I have also downloaded the group and groupexport files via CloudConnect, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to open those binary files.
