    Connecting Third-Party Applications to SCIEX OS software via APIs

    SCIEX now offers 3 Application Programming Interface (APIs) that provide connectivity to SCIEX OS software and data:
    • Control API – a client library that provides remote control access to SCIEX OS software
    • Data API – extracts information from SCIEX OS software wiff2 files
    • Processing API – libraries to retrieve data from SCIEX OS software results files (*.qsession files).
