Change Filename after acquisition?

When using SciexOS software analytics application:

If a filename was accidentally repeated for multiple sample analyses (i.e. copy and paste line items in the batch builder, then forgot to change filename for individual instances), is it possible to change the filename after analysis? Or if not, to at least split-out the indexed duplicates into individual wiff files?
