At SCIEX, innovation doesn’t stop at instruments; it extends to how you interact with your LC-MS/MS or CE systems every day. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the SCIEX Now spring 2026 improvements: a set of meaningful enhancements shaped directly by your feedback.
From improved visibility into service history to simpler profile management, these updates are all about making your experience more intuitive, connected, and efficient.
1. Field service reports – now exactly where you need them
One of the most requested features is finally here. You can now access field service reports (FSR) directly within SCIEX Now, at the instrument level.
What’s new?
Why it matters
2. Secure, unlimited file uploads with BOX Integration
Another major enhancement in this release addresses a long‑standing request from both customers and internal teams: the ability to easily upload and share large files in SCIEX Now.
SCIEX Now leverages BOX, a secure cloud storage platform, to manage file uploads and document storage for support cases.
With this update, you can now:
Uploads are simple and intuitive; just click the “+” icon in the attachments section of a case to add files from local storage or BOX.
This enhancement removes one of the most common friction points in the support experience:
“Our goal at SCIEX is to provide prompt and effective support, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance. SCIEX Now provides a robust platform for users to seek assistance, manage support cases, and resolve issues swiftly. One of the key features enhancing the support experience is the integration of BOX, a secure cloud storage solution, for file uploads and repository management.”

3. A cleaner, smarter software profile
Keeping your profile relevant just got easier.
You can now remove software you no longer use from your SCIEX Now profile.
4. Expanded visibility of instrument ownership
A highly anticipated improvement—now available.
Previously, only instrument owners could see ownership details. Now:
5. Faster, simpler role management
Managing instrument contacts just became significantly easier.
The bigger picture: a more connected SCIEX Now
These updates are more than feature enhancements; they’re part of a broader commitment to making SCIEX Now your central hub for:
All in one place.
Built together
These improvements wouldn’t be possible without you.
From VOC surveys to feature requests, your input continues to shape the SCIEX Now roadmap. This release is a direct reflection of that partnership and our commitment to empowering laboratories with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed – independently and efficiently.

SCIEX Now is evolving and it’s built for you.
In today’s fast-paced analytical laboratories, uptime is not just important; it is mission-critical. Whether you are running high-throughput bioanalysis, environmental testing, or pharmaceutical workflows, every minute of LC-MS downtime can impact productivity, data quality, and timelines.
That is why we are excited to introduce a smarter and faster way to troubleshoot.
Ultra‑low reporting limits, expanding target lists, and the constant risk of background contamination mean that even small missteps before injection can compromise data integrity. PFAS can be introduced at nearly every stage of prep, from sampling containers and PPE to SPE cartridges, filters, solvents, and lab consumables, making contamination control as critical as analyte recovery.
In monoclonal antibody (mAb) development, assessment of purity and integrity of the protein in question is critical. CE‑SDS is the gold standard assay and is routinely run from analytical development through QC and lot release. It’s trusted because it consistently delivers quantitative, size‑based insight into purity and fragmentation, and it fits naturally into regulated environments.
